Overview
We’re seeking a creative and detail-driven Design and Social Media Associate who can take full ownership of our socials. This is an end-to-end role : you’ll plan the content calendar, design posts, manage scheduling, analyze performance, and work closely with the founder and creative team (photographer, video editor) to bring the brand vision to life.
Responsibilities
- Build a monthly content calendar and grid for Instagram.
- Create eye-catching posts, graphics, and stories using Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator.
- Collaborate with the video editor to plan engaging reel ideas and ensure edits match the brand style.
- Suggest creative ideas for product shoots and guide the photographer / videographer to capture the right content.
- Upload content via Meta Business Suite; maintain posting consistency.
- Reply to comments / DMs and flag customer queries to the operations team.
- Track insights weekly; prepare reports every 2 months and suggest data-driven pivots.
- Keep track of new design + social trends, and adapt them to the brand’s voice.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva is mandatoryBasic knowledge of Instagram and Facebook content management and best practicesHighly organized, self-motivated, and agile in a task-based setupExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Experience in both Social Media Management and Graphic Design.Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take ownership.Prior experience in e-commerce / D2C brands is a big plus.Additional Preferences
