The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

• Tax Preparation, Review and Tax Compliance filings
• IRS / State notice handling and representation
• Tax Preparation proficiency
• FBAR and FATCA filings
• Self learning and research complex tax topics
• Notice handling and prepare responses to IRS and respective state departments
• Supervise and train the tax preparers
• Form 1040 – U.S. Individual Income Tax Return
• Form 1040NR – U.S. Nonresident Alien Income Tax Return
• Form 1040-ES – Estimated Tax for Individuals
• Form 2555 – Foreign Earned Income Exclusion
• Form 1116 – Foreign Tax Credit
• Form 5471 & 5472 – Information Return of U.S. Persons with Foreign Corporations
• Form 8865 – Return of U.S. Persons with Respect to Certain Foreign Partnerships
• Form 8854 – Initial and Annual Expatriation Statement
• Form W-2 & W-4 – Wage and Tax Statement / Employee's Withholding Certificate
• Form W-9 – Request for Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
• FBAR (FinCEN Form 114) – Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts
