Desired candidate profile :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance with

13+ years of experience

in financial services, with solid track record in

business process analysis, requirement gathering, and project management .

Proven expertise in

Murex implementation and configuration , with knowledge of key modules and functionalities.

Hands-on experience with

Datamart configurations, processing scripts, and EOD optimization .

Proficiency in

SQL, XSL, MxML

and related integration / automation tools.

Strong understanding of

financial products and trading workflows

including derivatives, pricing, and risk management.

Ability to work effectively in a

fast-paced, agile environment

while managing multiple priorities.

Familiarity with

regulatory and compliance requirements

in trading and risk domains.

Role Summary

Lead business analysis for financial products and processes with a strong focus on the

Murex platform .

Partner with

front office, operations, finance, and technology teams

to capture, validate, and prioritize business requirements.

Configure, enhance, and optimize

Murex functionality

across trade execution, pricing, risk management, settlement, and reporting.

Conduct

gap analysis, design functional specifications, and support implementation

of system and process changes.

Ensure platform stability and compliance through

testing, validation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support .

Utilize

MxML, SQL, XSL, and Datamart configurations

to improve data integration, automation, and EOD processes.

Stay up to date with

financial markets, regulations, and Murex best practices

to align business needs with system capabilities.

Act as a bridge between business and technology stakeholders, driving collaboration and successful delivery.
