Key Responsibilities :
- Platform Strategy Development :
- Develop and execute tailored strategies for LinkedIn , Instagram , and other social media platforms to drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Analyze audience demographics and trends to optimize content and outreach.
- Content Creation & Management :
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to create visually appealing and engaging posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Manage the editorial calendar to ensure consistent content distribution and timely posts.
- Community Engagement :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with followers, influencers, and industry communities.
- Respond to comments, messages, and interactions, ensuring timely and thoughtful engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting :
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide monthly reports to stakeholders on social media performance, growth metrics, and campaign outcomes.
- Brand Advocacy & Influencer Collaboration :
- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach.
- Ensure brand voice and guidelines are maintained across all social media platforms.
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation :
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates to continually innovate and improve social media presence.
- Experiment with new formats such as reels, stories, and LinkedIn articles to engage diverse audiences.
