Job Title : F&A - Key Solutions Principal Consultant - AI in Finance.

Location : Bangalore.

Designation : Principal Consultant.

Experience : 15+ years.

Educational Qualification : CA / MBA.

About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned Principal Consultant to lead the conceptualization, design, and deployment of AI-led solutions in the Finance & Accounting (F&A) domain.

This role requires deep domain expertise, technical knowledge of AI technologies, and the ability to engage with senior client stakeholders to drive innovative finance solutions.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Act as the functional SPOC with deep expertise in F&A domain and technology.
  • Provide guidance and oversight on AI-led solutions across the F&A value chain (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, FP&A, Controls, and Compliance).
  • Lead client conversations with senior stakeholders on AI in Finance.
  • Conceptualize, design, and deploy next-gen F&A technology solutions leveraging AI, ML, Gen AI, and Agentic AI.
  • Oversee solution lifecycle including IP rights, solution roadmaps, and implementation hygiene.
  • Conduct research on latest AI / ML developments and recommend innovations in F&A solutions.

Secondary Responsibilities / Added Advantage :

  • Experience in development and deployment of AI solutions in the F&A space.
  • Lead training sessions to increase adoption of AI-led solutions across the practice.
  • Strong presentation, documentation, and spreadsheet skills for client engagement and internal knowledge sharing.

    • Required Skills & Expertise :

  • Strong domain knowledge in at least 2 of 3 F&A towers.
  • Deep understanding of AI-led solutions in Finance.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous and complex environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent soft skills to work effectively as an individual contributor in a horizontal-vertical structure.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of driving initiatives independently.
  • This role is ideal for someone with a blend of F&A domain expertise and AI / technology vision, ready to lead innovation and client engagement in finance transformation.
