Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead end-to-end design and execution of premium residential interiors. The ideal candidate should have a strong design aesthetic, extensive experience in high-end homes, and a proven ability to manage clients, vendors, and project teams across all stages of the design process.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of interior design projects for luxury and premium residences.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle needs, and aesthetic preferences.
  • Develop detailed design concepts, including space planning, furniture layouts, color schemes, and material selections.
  • Create and oversee design presentations, mood boards, material boards, and 3D visualizations.
  • Ensure project delivery is on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.
  • Mentor junior designers and collaborate with internal and external teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture.
  • 10–15 years of hands-on experience in residential interior design, with at least 5 years in a leadership or design lead role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing luxury or high-end residential projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office; experience with 3D rendering software (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape) is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of residential layouts, material finishes, lighting design, and home automation trends.
  • Excellent client communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and multitasking capabilities.

    • Preferred Attributes :

  • Experience with Mumbai-based clients and familiarity with local suppliers and vendors.
  • Knowledge of Mumbai residential regulations and apartment layouts.
  • Ability to translate client briefs into elegant, functional, and timeless spaces.
