Introduction to Role :
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager in the HVAC&R sector, located in
Gurugram / Mumbai .
Responsibilities
The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting the sales team, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, coordinating with other departments, responding to customer inquiries, and preparing sales reports.
The role requires active engagement with both new and existing clients to identify their needs and propose suitable solutions.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales Management and Customer Relationship Management
Knowledge of
HVAC VRF
systems and industry trends
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Ability to work independently and in a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Prior experience in the refrigeration or HVAC- VRF Specific industry is a plus
