About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Jira + Coda Administrator to lead our hybrid project management ecosystem. This role requires deep technical expertise in Jira, strong experience with Coda, and the ability to design and deploy automation and AI-enabled workflows across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer, configure, and scale Jira Software for Agile, Scrum, and ITSM teams.
- Build and manage Coda docs / workspaces for strategy, OKRs, and knowledge systems.
- Design and maintain AI-driven automation for ticketing, reporting, and task workflows.
- Leverage Jira REST APIs, scripting (Python / Groovy), and Coda Packs for advanced integrations.
- Implement AI-enabled dashboards, predictive reporting, and automated task assignment.
- Integrate Jira and Coda with DevOps, GitHub / GitLab, Slack, and analytics tools.
- Lead migration, upgrade, and system integration projects.
- Train and mentor users; create documentation and best practices.
- Ensure security, permissions, and compliance across both platforms.
Skills & Qualifications :
5+ years’ Jira administration experience in enterprise or multi-team environments.Hands-on experience with Coda or modern doc / automation platforms.Expertise in Jira workflow design, Agile reporting, and automation rules.Proficiency with AI tools in project management (automation, smart reporting, AI agents).Strong scripting / API skills (Python, Groovy, JavaScript).Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD pipelines and software team workflows.Excellent communication, leadership, and system design skills.Certifications preferred : Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator, Agile Certified Practitioner, or equivalent.Why Join Us :
