We are seeking a Technical Sales Executive to build the product brand and achieve sales targets by providing comprehensive service and application support to OEM / EU customers. This role involves managing customer relationships, forecasting sales, and identifying new project business opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Build the product brand and value proposition in the market.
- Achieve sales targets for assigned OEM / EU customers.
- Ensure service and application support to assigned customers.
- Handle the collection of receivables and statutory forms .
- Identify and encash new project business .
- Manage and develop strong relationships with customers.
- Perform forecasting and reporting of sales, trends, and competitor activities.
- Submit all travel and other claims in a timely manner.
- Maintain documents and records as per the department's QMS procedure .
Skills Required
Proven ability to build a product brand and achieve sales targets.Experience in providing technical service and application support .Strong skills in receivables collection and documentation management.Ability to identify and secure new project business .Excellent relationship management and communication skills.Proficiency in sales forecasting and reporting .Knowledge of QMS procedures and documentation.Skills Required
