Job descriptionCo-Founder / Director ( Staffing Company)We are a leading Staffing Services company based in Bangalore looking to join hands with passionate Business Leaders as Co-Founder or Partners for growth with experience in Staffing or Recruitment Services and who manage and develop clients and provide a scalable business.Role : As Director for Growth in new and existing business acquisition and engagement and delivery. You will be supported with a team and all means to grow the business in your vertical / domain. No investment required. You will form a team and focus on primarily engagement and delivery.We are looking for candidates whoHas experience in IT or non_IT staffing or recruitment services.Build, lead & manage the entire sales and delivery.Will work with the management in building the vision, team and platform.Oversee all aspects of the technology, including technical strategy, technical architecture, best practices & technology stacks.Build & lead the tech team as the company growsProvide expertise and partnership in solving business challenges through practical solutions that speed Learning and enable execution of the organizational strategy.Lead and influence change management initiatives with functional / operational leaders in order to address issues that will enhance overall performance and build the talent capability of the teams.Note : This is an entrepreneurship role, than a job.Location : BangaloreLeadership Attributes
