Assist HR supervisors with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews.Maintains accurate and uptodate human resource files, records, and documentation.Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and employee training sessions etc.Process documentation and assist in preparing reports relating to personnel activities (recruitment, training , performance evaluations etc.)Education Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
