Job descriptionPlan and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Oversee daily workflows and ensure compliance with quality standards. Optimize workload allocation and maintain clear project documentation. Implement process improvements, audits, and peer review systems. Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and manage appraisals. Handle client communication, feedback, and cross-team coordination. Identify risks and manage scope or process changes. Maintain SOPs, templates, and knowledge resources. 8–10 years of experience in Medical Record Review or US Healthcare outsourcing. Minimum 2 years in a managerial or project management role. Strong leadership, workflow management, quality control, and client-handling skills. Knowledge of medical record analysis, HIPAA, PM tools, and quality systems. Bachelor’s degree in science / healthcare preferred (or any degree).
