u2022 Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system
u2022 Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division
u2022To achieve allocated business targets
u2022Generate new business via calls and presentations to Medical Practitioners and Key Opinion Leaders.
u2022To participate actively in Territory sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets.
u2022To participate actively in Area and Zonal sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets.
u2022Ensure high level of customer service in the Territory assigned and Manage difficult customer situations.
u2022Find ways to improve operational efficiency and territory coverage and control costs.
u2022To acquire sufficient domain knowledge and be multiu2010skilled to handle objections and queries of Customers.
u2022Organize & participate in medical conferences.
u2022Conduct marketing survey for competitors' products.
u2022To gather / prepare statistics for consistent improvement of quality of customer interactions / calls and productivity indicators eg. BPD & DPB
u2022Research on each of the listed customer's financial advantage to the company's overall profitability visu2010u00E0u2010vis expenditure in the respective territory.
u2022Ensure customer interactions are done with a high level of commitment in order to satisfy customer needs.
u2022Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines for Ethical conduct of business and ensure minimal comments in audits and other inspections.
u2022Actively manage retention of the existing customer base and building / augmenting new & loyal customer base
