• You should genuinely enjoy figuring out how people think and turning that into smooth, intuitive user flows.
• Must be comfortable working in Figma (or similar tools).
• You can take a raw idea from the team and shape it into a neat, user-friendly design without constant guidance.
• Independent, quick, and reliable, someone who delivers quality without being chased.
