Position - Store Sales Executive

The ideal candidates should possess strong experience and excellent communication skills, preferably from the Jewellery industry. Knowledge of Diamonds and Customized Jewellery is essential.

Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing product display.

Ensure smooth billing and payment processing.

Build rapport and develop long-term relationships with customers.

Handle returns, exchanges, and customer feedback professionally.

Meet daily / monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Assist with stock management, tagging, and inventory updates.

Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and showroom protocols.
