Must-Have Skills

• 5 - 8 years' Experience in application Performance Monitoring Tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Manage Engine etc
• Aid the team with installation, configuration, and maintenance of new and existing Dynatrace environments
• aid the team in monitoring the Dynatrace environments and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Migration from Dynatrace Managed to Dynatrace SaaS : You will be helping our client set up 2 new Dynatrace SaaS environments and consolidating / migrating hundreds of Dynatrace Managed environments to the Dynatrace SaaS with Grail.
• This includes the configuration of the Dynatrace environments, the migration of data, and the management of the new environments.
• Documentation : Help write client oriented Dynatrace user and administrator guides as needed.
• SME in enterprise Monitoring like APM, Synthetic monitoring, Browser Monitoring, Log monitoring, Real user Monitoring, java and .net based applications.
• Provide Health and perf data reports , create custom dashboards, create custom alerts.
• Work closely with Monitoring Team, production support, application teams to collect requirement and configure application level monitoring.
• Should be familiar with New Relic Application performance monitoring and can configure the tool for monitoring with alerts and dashboards.
• Strong experience with Dynatrace monitoring tools and solutions. Proficiency in configuring and customizing the Dynatrace platform to meet specific monitoring requirements. Solid understanding of application performance management (APM) concepts and methodologies. Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting complex distributed systems including applications databases and networks.
