Job Title : Associate : Sales & Business Development (Sales, Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition)

Job Location : Craig Park Layout, MG Road, Bengaluru

Experience : 2–3 Years

About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Associate : Sales & Business Development (Sales, Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition) with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and customer engagement. The role focuses on building the sales pipeline, initiating the first contact with potential customers, and opening doors for business opportunities. The candidate should have the drive to act as a “rainmaker,” setting the foundation for long-term customer relationships and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, research, and generate qualified leads through multiple channels (calls, emails, social platforms, events, referrals, etc.).
  • Make the first point of contact with prospects, introduce our offerings, and establish interest.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities by consistently engaging with target accounts.
  • Work closely with the sales leadership team to qualify leads and hand over opportunities for closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Develop a good understanding of customer needs, challenges, and industry trends.
  • Achieve monthly / quarterly lead generation and sales activity targets.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions to build credibility and trust.

Desired Skills & Competencies :

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or inside sales roles (preferably B2B / IT / telecom / technology).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident in reaching out to new prospects.
  • Ability to understand and articulate business solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and persistent.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and lead generation platforms.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp product / solution knowledge.
  • Qualifications :

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in technology / telecom / software sales is an added advantage.
