Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor a team of solutions engineers to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and product management teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
  • Design and architect innovative data, AI and software solutions that align with client goals and industry standards.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations for clients to showcase our solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end solution development process, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and foster strong client relationships.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in the domains of data, AI and software engineering to continuously enhance our offerings.

Requirements :

  • Overall experience of 15years+ is required. Proven experience of 8years+ in solutions engineering or a similar technical role within the IT (data, AI, software) industry.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise software development processes and technologies, including data, AI, cloud computing and automation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex client challenges.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and engaging with diverse stakeholders.

    • Job Descriptions :

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Data - data architecture and data management architecture, design and implementation at Enterprise scale on cloud with preference for Databricks or Snowflake. Includes building data pipelines for data warehouses, real-time events and data services / APIs.
  • AI - understanding of AI fundamentals across machine learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Graph Analytics, Generative AI including developing and deploying AI solutions preferably at large Enterprises.
  • Cloud - AWS, GCP or Azure including architecting, designing, developing and implementing cloud solutions.
  • Gen AI - hands-on experience building solutions using Large Language Models, LLM frameworks, Agents and agentic frameworks including building with Python-specific libraries. Experience with closed and open source models and fine tuning of models is a plus.
  • Automation / Integration - hands-on experience designing and building APIs and integration middleware. Solid understanding of authentication / authorization schemes, service-oriented architecture, synchronous / asynchronous communication and orcchestration workflows.
