Job description

Role - AD Data Scientist

Experience - 10+ years

Budget - Up to 30 LPA max

Required Notice Period - Immediate to 30 dats only

Must Have

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Science.
  • Strong programming skills in Python with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, and Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Experience implementing Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines in real-world use cases.
  • Expertise in data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for ML model deployment.
  • Experience with API integration, microservices, and end-to-end product development.
  • Proven experience in implementation projects – not just PoCs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of ML / DL models and GenAI-based solutions for enterprise projects.
  • Develop and deploy RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and fine-tune large language models (LLMs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy in production environments.
  • Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and build predictive and generative models.
  • Stay up to date with advancements in ML, DL, GenAI, and related technologies.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices and standards.
