Job Overview :
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building dealer and retail relationships, and achieving revenue targets across multiple brands handled by the company. The role involves product knowledge, in-store promotion, and coordination with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
Promote and sell products from multiple brands (e.g., electronics, gadgets, accessories, etc.) through effective product presentation and demonstration.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned territories or channels.
Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activity, collect feedback, and identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely stock replenishment, pricing, and promotional materials.
Support execution of marketing campaigns, events, and brand activations in stores or trade shows.
Maintain accurate sales reports, customer databases, and collection follow-ups.
Provide product training and support to retail staff to improve sell-through performance.
Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and brand representation at all outlets.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–2years of experience in channel sales / retail / distribution (electronics preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple brands and categories simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Willingness to travel for market visits and dealer meetings.
