Position : Ecosystem Lead

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Ecosystem Lead to build, manage, and grow the regional skilling and employability ecosystem. You’ll connect training partners, employers, and government stakeholders to create pathways that help young people build successful careers.

What You’ll Do

Lead Programs :

Design and deliver end-to-end skilling initiatives — from planning and partner onboarding to monitoring outcomes.

Build Networks :

Strengthen industry and training partnerships to create a demand-driven talent pipeline.

Collaborate :

Work closely with government bodies, academic institutions, and employers to co-develop impactful skilling solutions.

Drive Quality :

Establish processes to ensure excellence across mobilization, training, placement, and post-placement stages.

Represent :

Be the organization’s voice in skilling forums and industry discussions.

What We’re Looking For

14–18 years of experience in skilling, education, or workforce development.

Strong track record in employer engagement and partnership management.

Deep understanding of student journeys and vocational training systems.

Skilled in project management, stakeholder relationships, and ecosystem building.

Active involvement in industry or skilling networks is a plus.
