We are seeking a skilled Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Analyst to join our HR team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing and managing compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent while ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct compensation analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Assist in the design and implementation of compensation programs and structures.
- Analyze and report on employee benefits and compensation trends.
- Support the annual salary review process and bonus calculations.
- Collaborate with HR and management to address compensation-related inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain compensation-related reports and dashboards.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis or a related field.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.Knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluation methods, and market pricing.Familiarity with labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits in India.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.Skills Required
