Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a D.C.D.P (Pastry) at Middle East (Kuwait , Qatar, Oman, Bahrain) The D.C.D.P (Pastry) will be responsible for daily pastry preparations, maintaining the highest food quality and standards, and ensuring that kitchen operations run smoothly. The role includes creating new pastry items, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. The candidate will collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a cohesive workflow and exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

• Pastry preparation, baking techniques, and creative pastry design skills
• Knowledge of food quality standards, food safety, and sanitation regulations
• Ability to manage inventory and supply levels
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Experience in a professional kitchen or pastry environment is highly desirable
• Relevant culinary education or certification is beneficial.
• Min 4-6 Exp. Needed
• Already Designated in the same position.
