Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager, Account cum Office located in Dehradun. Responsibilities include overseeing office administration tasks, managing accounts and financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling bank statements, payroll management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will also assist in implementing office policies and coordinate with vendors, employees, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping software
- Strong organizational and administrative skills for office management tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with team members and external stakeholders
- Experience in budget management, payroll processing, and financial compliance
- Knowledge of tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and any accounting software is highly preferred
- Ability to work in a structured on-site role and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant experience in office management or accounting roles will be an advantage
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic workplace environments
