Job Overview

This role is perfect for someone who is equal parts imaginative and detail-oriented, with an eye for user experience and responsive design.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain high-quality websites and landing pages using Webflow.
  • Implement pixel-perfect designs from Figma or design briefs, ensuring seamless user interactions.
  • Customize Webflow CMS collections, interactions, and animations to meet business objectives.
  • Optimize websites for performance, search engine optimization (SEO), and accessibility to provide exceptional user experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to rapidly deploy A / B test pages, campaigns, and new features, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Integrate third-party tools (analytics, forms, CRM, automation tools) to enhance business operations and improve customer engagement.
  • Ensure consistency across devices, browsers, and screen sizes, delivering a cohesive brand image.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing technical support to ensure seamless business operations.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Webflow Developer, showcasing a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in web development.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics, with the ability to translate design mockups into functional websites.
  • Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques, driving business growth through online presence.
  • Familiarity with Webflow CMS, interactions, and custom code embedding, allowing for flexibility and creativity in web development.
  • Bonus : Experience with productivity tools like Zapier, Notion, Trello, Slack, and other collaborative software.
  • Bonus : Knowledge of UI / UX design principles and Figma, enabling a holistic approach to web development.
