Job Title : Senior .NET / C++ WPF Developer – Full Time

Location : Bangalore

Experience Required : 7+ Years in .NET / C++ Development with strong WPF expertise

Job Description

: We are seeking a Senior .NET / C++ Developer with strong WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) expertis e to join our Andor Tech team, working on enterprise-scale applications for our premium clients

  • .The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in .NET C#, WPF, XAML, and C+ +, with experience in designing and implementing high-performance desktop applications

Key Responsibilitie s :

  • Design, develop, and maintain desktop applications usin g .NET C#, WPF, and C ++
  • Implement and optimize UI components usin g XAML and MVVM architecture
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and testers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Work on multi-threaded applications, data binding, and performance tuning
  • Integrate applications wit h SQL Server / Oracle backends and third-party APIs
  • Use design patterns and best practices for scalable and maintainable code
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging using advanced tools (WinDbg, etc.)
  • Manage version control usin g Git / T FS and follow Agile / Scrum practices
  • Create and maintain technical documentation

    • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience in .NET C#, C++ development
  • Strong hands-on expertise in WPF, XAML, MVVM
  • Solid experience wi th SQL Server / Ora cle and database programming (procedures, triggers, queries)
  • Experience with third-party UI frameworks (e.g., DevExpress, Telerik) is a plus
  • Good knowledge of OOP principles, design patterns, and SDLC
  • Familiarity wi th WCF, REST APIs, or gRPC for service communication
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills (WinDbg, Wireshark, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

    • Nice to H ave :

  • Experience in industrial automation / aerospace / BFSI domain
  • Exposure to cloud migra tion or desktop-to-web modernization projects
