Job description

This role will include both hands-on development and technical leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities :

  • Actively participate in the design and development of new features for our solution
  • Provide technical guidance to developers and support their professional growth
  • Ensure code quality and enforce best practices
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and other Tech Leads to define priorities and technical evolutions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and the technical stack
  • Maintain and optimize SQL Server database performance
  • Technical Environment
  • Backend : C#, .NET 8, ASP.NET
  • Database : SQL Server
  • Development Tools : Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code
  • DevOps : Azure DevOps, Azure Git
  • Cloud : Microsoft Azure – international deployment

Profile :

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in C# development
  • Excellent command of SQL Server, including performance tuning and management of complex databases
  • Proven experience in technical leadership and team mentoring
  • Familiarity with Agile environments
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Good command of English
