Job descriptionImplementation & Deployment – Configure, automate, and deploy DLP and encryption solutions (e.G., Microsoft Purview, AWS KMS ). Design & Architecture – Define and build scalable data protection frameworks and security architectures. Security Operations & Incident Response – Monitor, investigate, and remediate data protection incidents. Compliance & Governance – Enforce and validate compliance with global data regulations. Collaboration & Leadership – Partner cross-functionally with DevOps, Legal, and Compliance teams to enhance enterprise data governance.

🕒 Shift : US (6 PM–3 AM IST) or Europe (12 PM–9 PM IST) — flexibility required
⏳ Notice Period : Immediate / Short joiners preferred
We’re looking for an experienced Data Protection & Privacy Specialist with strong technical and compliance expertise to strengthen our security posture across global environments to join one of our esteemed clients who are the leaders in full stack automation.
Key Skills & Experience
- Min 5–7 years of experience in Data Protection & Privacy
- Hands-on expertise in Data Classification and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools such as Forcepoint, Symantec, McAfee, or Microsoft Purview
- Strong understanding of Data Regulations – GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS, HIPAA
- Exposure to Cloud Data Protection (AWS Macie, Azure Information Protection, Google Cloud DLP)
- Knowledge of Encryption & Key Management (KMS, HSMs, cryptography concepts)
- Experience with Data Masking / Tokenization
- Proficiency in any scripting language
- Familiarity with Cloud Environments
