Job description
Responsibilities
Understanding business requirements and translating them into solutions to build proposals
Responsible for end-to-end process : From designing response structure till submission & building deck for proposal defense while ensuring customer's ask is addressed at every step of the deliverables
Anchor responses to RFXs by working closely with Sales, DU and PU for preparation and submission
Being a Solution Architect to stitch solutions together primarily App Maintenance, Infra deals working with all the stakeholders and get the estimations ground up and commercials built.
Continuous research on market trends, solution positioning and developing Go-To-Market strategies
Consultative mindset, helping sales organization to engage, sell, manage and service customers
Build storyline for potential pitch to customers
Building PoV for clients and prospects
Develop web marketing collaterals, contribute to DU brand building initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders for bids, client visits and presentations
Completely own end to end client visit planning and execution (existing and new logos)
Mentor junior team members
Required Skills & Competencies
Understanding of Media and Entertainment domain will be an added value, various commercial and delivery models
Having a delivery background is an added advantage
