Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced sales professional to lead sales for our luxury and ultra-luxury residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing high-value transactions, managing HNI / UHNI clients, and driving revenue growth in premium real estate. This role requires a blend of sales leadership, client relationship management, and market intelligence to deliver exceptional outcomes aligned with the company’s brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth

  • Drive sales of luxury and ultra-luxury residential projects to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, pricing recommendations, and go-to-market plans.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with HNI and VIP clients.
  • Deliver a personalised and high-touch client experience consistent with the brand’s luxury positioning.
  • Organise and attend client events, private viewings, and property showcases.
  • Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a sales team, providing coaching, performance management, and motivation to achieve collective goals.
  • Partner with marketing, CRM, and project teams to design targeted campaigns, events, and client engagement strategies.
  • Work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of agreements and collections.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track competitor offerings, market trends, and buyer behaviour to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide management with regular sales forecasts, MIS reports, and insights for decision-making.
  • Contribute to brand positioning and product strategy through client feedback and market research.
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field;
  • MBA preferred.

  • 15+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 7 years in the luxury or ultra-luxury residential segment in Mumbai.
  • Proven experience in closing high-ticket transactions (₹5 Cr+).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Experience with premium real estate developers is preferred.
  • Multilingual proficiency (English, Hindi, regional / foreign languages) to engage diverse clientele.
