Experience in
data migration, integrations , and
reporting tools (OTBI, FRS, BI Publisher) .
Solid understanding of
financial accounting principles and standards .
Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and fit-gap sessions with business stakeholders.
Configure Oracle Fusion Financials based on business needs and best practices.
Develop functional design documents, test cases, and user training materials.
Coordinate and perform system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements.
Liaise with technical teams for integration, data conversion, and custom reports.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for financial processes and Oracle Cloud best practices.
Support and lead month-end and year-end closing activities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, PMs, and end-users.
