Senior Manager / AD - Partnership and Alliances

Experience : 6-8 Partnership Experience, with significant exposure to Payment Gateway, merchant services, or digital payment products.

Role Overview :

Play a pivotal role in expanding EnKash’s footprint across the fintech ecosystem by driving strategic partnerships and alliances to unlock new market opportunities and foster collaborative growth - by creating and scaling alliances with aggregators, enterprise platforms, and merchant networks that open new business channels and customer segments.

What You’ll Drive

✅ Develop and drive strategic partnerships with corporates, aggregators, and merchant networks.

✅ Lead the entire lifecycle of partnerships - from identification to pitching to onboarding, negotiation, implementation, and ongoing success.

✅ Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, marketing, credit, and legal) to deliver partner-specific solutions.

✅ Track industry developments and emerging fintech trends to refine partnership strategies

✅ Drive top-line growth by acquiring high-impact partners and ensuring strong, value-driven engagement post-onboarding.

What You Bring

• ️ 6-8 years of experience in fintech or B2B partnerships
• ️ Strong exposure to Payment Gateway, Merchant Services, or Digital Payment products
• ️ Proven ability to initiate, close, and scale alliances with measurable impact
• ️ Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• ️ Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• ️ MBA preferred
