Responsibilities :
- Responsible for identifying, investigating & resolving user / clients problems technically.
- Responsible for understanding the customer requirement and subsequent preparation of suitable technical solution / presentation.
- Responsible for providing POC (Proof of Concept).
- Responsible for installation, configuration & execution of work within specified time the team.
- Responsible for adequate support of warranty / post-warranty calls.
- Responsible for follow-up of RMA issues with respective OEMs.
- Responsible for preparing of all technical documents related to any projects & implementation.
- Responsible for Periodic reporting and effective communication.
- Responsible for onsite technical support to customers across all locations.
- Responsible for All Compliances Customer related workplace, OEM / Supplier, people, Processes, and systems.
- Responsible for transformation and Change Management.
- Responsible for generation & retention of 3rd party vendor across the region.
- Responsible for finding & fixing vendors for passive materials
- Bussinesd Dev, Communication Abilities, Presales, Solution Advice
