French Customer Support Executive

Role Description

We are looking for a French-speaking professional to join our team for the implementation of our Hospital Management Software at a prestigious hospital in Bukavu, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) .

This role will involve close coordination with hospital staff, on-ground implementation of software modules, and continuous communication with our development and support teams in India. The project offers a distinctive opportunity to work in Africa and contribute to a large-scale digital healthcare transformation.

Key Details

• Location : Bukavu, DRC (onsite deployment required)
• Initial Phase : 1–2 months remote / online from India
• Deployment : 2–3 months onsite in Bukavu for implementation
• Post-implementation : Remote project support, with occasional site visits if required
