Buyer – Toys Category
Location : Gurgaon
Salary : Up to 15 LPA
Department : Buying & Merchandising
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end buying for Toys (Indoor, Outdoor, Learning, Electronic, Plush).
- Build product assortment based on trends, sales data, and customer demand.
- Source vendors, negotiate pricing, margins, MOQs, and delivery timelines.
- Plan seasonal collections and ensure timely product launches.
- Monitor inventory, sell-through, ageing, and replenishment.
- Coordinate with planning, marketing, quality, and warehouse teams.
- Ensure compliance with toy safety standards (BIS, EN71).
- Track category performance and drive profitability.
