Senior Backend Developer - Node.js / Java / Kotlin

Senior Backend Developer :

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with a strong foundation in building scalable, high-performance backend services. This role requires deep hands-on experience in Node.js, Java, and Kotlin, and an ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Youll be instrumental in designing and implementing robust microservices, APIs, and data pipelines that power our platform, ensuring reliability, performance, and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Java, and Kotlin
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and event-driven systems
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Optimize performance and scalability of backend services
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices Qualifications :
• 6+ years of experience in backend software development
• Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, Java, and Kotlin
• Proven experience building and deploying microservices at scale
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration
• Experience working with relational and / or NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment (AWS, GCP, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
