Job description

We are looking for a Lead Civil & Structural Engineer with strong leadership skills and proven experience in handling large teams in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 17+ years of experience , predominantly in Oil & Gas EPC projects, and should be capable of driving engineering deliverables while managing resources effectively.

Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred)

Work Experience

Minimum 17 years of professional experience, with at least 8 years in the Oil & Gas industry

Exposure to Field Engineering and Basic / FEED engineering will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects with a minimum of 30,000 man-hours and 20+ team members at peak load

Prepare schedules and manage resources to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables

Prepare engineering man-hour estimates based on project scope, quantities, and deliverables

Manage scope changes effectively, including input revisions and additional scope handling

Perform structural analysis and design of steel and concrete structures including :

Pipe racks, shelters, technology structures

Equipment foundations, machine foundations (including dynamic analysis)

Industrial buildings (substations, control rooms, administration buildings, etc.)

Ensure compliance with international codes and standards

Participate in project reviews and ensure technical quality of deliverables

Software Skills

Must have : StaadPro (Structural analysis & design)

Advantageous : GT Strudl, Foundation3D, Mat3D, ETABS

3D Model review tools – Navisworks, SPR

FEM tools – Abaqus, SAP, Solidworks

Skills Required
