We’re seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager with a robust network in the Indian IT staffing sector, focusing on driving growth in ServiceNow, Salesforce, Mulesoft, Java, .NET, and other IT skill areas.

• You’ll Be Doing :

✅ Driving business development for Contract, C2H & Full-time hiring within the Indian market.

✅ Establishing and nurturing client relationships with IT companies, MNCs, and product firms.

✅ Staffing ServiceNow professionals (Developers, Admins, Architects, Consultants, etc.).

✅ Achieving and surpassing revenue & placement objectives.

🔹 5+ years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing in India

🔹 1+ years of experience in ServiceNow / ERP-based hiring

🔹 A strong client network and a proven sales track record

🔹 Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
