Manager - Heat Treatment & Metallurgy (Apply in 3 Minutes)

Key Responsibilities :

Optimize heat treatment and metallurgical processes to achieve desired mechanical properties

Conduct failure analysis of heat treatment-related issues and recommend corrective actions

Ensure compliance with industry standards (API, ASTM, ASME, ISO, etc.)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality and efficiency

Operate and monitor heat treatment furnaces and associated equipment

What We're Looking For :

Strong understanding of various material grades used in forging

In-depth knowledge of heat treatment processes and furnace operations

Familiarity with global standards (API, ASTM, ASME, ISO, etc.)

Analytical mindset with problem-solving

Education

Degree or Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
