Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of 100–150 HNI clients , ensuring regular engagement and relationship building.
- Acquire new-to-bank HNI clients with a minimum relationship size of ₹20 Lakhs and above .
- Ensure seamless client onboarding, including documentation, KYC compliance, and thorough client profiling.
- Generate client referrals through existing networks, exclusive events, and professional associations.
- Conduct regular portfolio review meetings to assess client needs, market conditions, and align financial strategies accordingly.
- Deliver a premium and differentiated client experience across all interactions and touchpoints.
- Provide customized financial solutions across various asset classes such as mutual funds, insurance, portfolio management services (PMS), fixed income instruments, and structured products .
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for assets under management (AUM), new client acquisition, and fee-based income .
- Collaborate with product specialists and internal teams to deliver holistic wealth management services.
Candidate Profile :
Proven experience in managing HNI portfolios within banking, wealth management, or financial advisory services.Strong understanding of financial products and investment strategies suitable for HNI clients.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.Target-oriented with strong business development and networking skills.Sound knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to wealth management.Skills Required
