We’re now looking for an Automation Engineer who can help us design and implement powerful automations using no-code and low-code tools like Make.com, n8n, Zapier, GoHighLevel, while also understanding the backend logic and integrations needed to build efficient, scalable systems.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using tools like Make.com, n8n, Zapier.
- Integrate third-party APIs and build custom connectors where needed.
- Design smart backend workflows that reduce manual effort and increase speed across business units (sales, onboarding, content ops, etc.)
- Develop a centralized automation library — templates, modules, and playbooks for reusability across clients and internal operations.
- Work with stakeholders to map out business processes , identify inefficiencies, and implement automation where it drives the most impact.
- Perform development logic when needed for custom logic, scripts, or advanced integrations.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have :
Strong hands-on experience with no-code / low-code tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, GoHighLevel, Airtable, etc.)Solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data structuring (JSON / XML)Ability to analyze workflows and build scalable, modular automation systemsAttention to detail and structured thinking — you build clean, maintainable systems, not quick hacksStrong documentation habits — you’ll help build a library of repeatable automation templatesKnowledge of Python or Java for building custom backend logic when requiredNice-to-Have :
Experience working with CRMs, marketing automation platforms , or internal dashboardsFamiliarity with SaaS workflows, lead gen pipelines, or content automation stacksWhy Join Us?
