Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer to join our team on an immediate basis. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable backend applications and microservices using Java technologies. You will work closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver robust and secure backend systems. A strong understanding of object-oriented programming, API development, and cloud technologies is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java.

Participate in the design, development, and deployment of microservices-based architecture.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver backend solutions aligned with business goals.

Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices and design patterns.

Debug and resolve technical issues, perform code reviews, and optimize performance.

Ensure data protection and security best practices in code and architecture.

Monitor backend performance using tools and logs and implement improvements as needed.

Work with DevOps for CI / CD, containerization, and deployment processes.

Technical Skills Required :

Languages & Frameworks : Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, JPA, Microservices

Web Services : RESTful APIs, JSON, XML

Databases : PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL (any two)

Version Control : Git, GitHub or GitLab

Cloud & DevOps (preferred) : Basic knowledge of Azure, AWS or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes

Tools & Practices : Maven / Gradle, Jenkins, JIRA, Agile / Scrum methodologies

API Tools : Swagger, Postman, RAML (basic understanding)

Soft Skills :

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good communication and collaboration abilities

Ability to work independently and in a team

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Educational Qualification :

B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

M.Tech or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus

Nice to Have :

Experience in Kafka, Redis, or Elasticsearch

Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like JUnit or Mockito

Exposure to Agile and CI / CD environments
