7+ years of overall experience needed, including a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with VBCS.Proficiency in Visual Builder / Oracle JET, JavaScript, REST APIs, HTML, CSS, and SQL required.Functional knowledge of CRM, SFA, and PRM.Experience configuring business processes and security mechanisms (e.g., job roles), and working with various authentication methods (Bearer Token, Basic Auth, OAuth, JWT).Experience in OICS (Oracle Integration Cloud) will be an added advantage.Ability to analyze existing configurations / scripts and create detailed functional and technical documentation.Desired Criteria : 4+ years of industry experience in Oracle CX.Minimum 1-year experience in a support project.Strong expertise and experience in technical solutioning.Should be able to understand and transform business requirements to CX solutionsShould be able to work any shift.Should have excellent analytical skills to solve complex problems.Certificate in CX Redwood / CX App Development / CX Integration is preferred.Skills Required
