About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-centric Human Resources Specialist with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations with a 40 : 60 Ratio . The ideal candidate will play a dual role—ensuring seamless hiring processes while driving efficient, compliant, and employee-focused HR operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (TA)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand manpower plans and role requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of positions with high quality of hire.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and candidate experience enhancements.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and hiring SLAs.
HR Operations
Handle the employee lifecycle : onboarding, documentation, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.Manage HRMS data accuracy, attendance, leaves, and employee records.Support implementation of policies, HR SOPs, and organizational guidelines.Assist in payroll inputs, compliance documentation, and audit readiness.Address employee queries through structured processes and ensure timely resolution.Support HR initiatives such as RnR, engagement activities, and capability-building programs.Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, sourcing channels, and interview techniques.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Good understanding of HR policies, payroll basics, and operational processes.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight timelines.Proficiency in MS Office;familiarity with HRMS tools (Zoho experience is a bonus).
High ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving attitude.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.3–6 years of experience in TA & HR Ops (IT / Tech hiring preferred).Why Webskitters?
