Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning in a fast-paced QSR environment.
- Drive business growth by implementing local marketing initiatives and upselling strategies.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver high customer service standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, footfall, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality, cleanliness, and speed of service.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand operational standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize wastage and maximize profitability.
- Handle customer queries and resolve escalations professionally and promptly.
Required Candidate Profile :
4–8 years of experience as a Store Manager in the QSR industry .Proven ability to lead store operations and deliver consistent business results.Strong team management and leadership skills.Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities.Knowledge of compliance, safety, and hygiene protocols applicable in the QSR sector.Skills Required
