Backend Engineering Leader

We're looking for a seasoned backend engineer to lead our team's efforts in designing and scaling high-performance systems. This individual will be responsible for creating efficient solutions, mentoring junior engineers, and driving projects from conception to production.

Key Responsibilities : Designing scalable systems, leading projects, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements :

Distributed Systems Expertise : Proven experience building and maintaining complex distributed systems, including knowledge of cloud architecture and high-performance services.

Leadership Skills : Strong leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and up-level engineers, drive projects forward under ambiguity, and own end-to-end tasks.

Blockchain Development : Deep understanding of blockchain development, including onchain APIs, transaction processing, and scaling decentralized systems.

Ai / ML Experience : Familiarity with AI / ML pipelines, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAGs), embeddings, and prompt engineering for LLM-powered services.

Modern Development Practices : Experience with modern development practices, such as CI / CD, observability, containerization, and monitoring.
