Job description
  • Manage and oversee Active Directory infrastructure in a hybrid environment.
  • Support existing infrastructure and troubleshooting when issues arise.
  • Resolve alerts from monitoring tools and perform remediation.
  • Manage Incident and Service Request tickets and tasks including change control.
  • Proactive monitoring of Risks flagged through our various reporting tools.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Create and implement system changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with various operational teams on a daily basis.
  • Presentation of Architectural Solutions to appropriate governance boards.
  • Support for both internal and external Audit actions.
  • Deployment of Software Solutions as required.
  • Support for Project Delivery from an End User Compute perspective.
  • Advanced Group Policy Management

    • Qualifications :

    • A solid understanding of client / server, networking and internet technology fundamentals
    • A strong background in the design, implementation, management, and support of Microsoft Windows domains using Active Directory in a multi domain Forest / s.
    • 5+ years hands-on experience working with Active Directory Services
    • 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure / Entra
    • At least 3 years experience in a Desktop Operations or Server Operations environment
    • Working knowledge of Group Policy Management
    • Ability to communicate verbally and written clearly.
    • Good Troubleshooting skills in a busy service environment

    • Good communication skills to interact with team members and support personnel.
    • Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
    • Ability to work in a team environment and open to all shifts on an ad-hoc basis.
