Job Description :

Seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and support of Salesforce solutions across the enterprise.

Serve as the technical lead for enhancements, integrations, and application support across Sales, Service, and custom Salesforce applications.

Combine architecture vision, hands-on development, and a solution-oriented mindset to drive enterprise-wide Salesforce initiatives. Must be willing to work on-site in Hyderabad, 4 days a week, during the US EST time zone.

Architecture & Solution Design :

• Serve as the Salesforce solution architect to design scalable and maintainable architecture across Salesforce Service Cloud org and related integrated third party apps and modules.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce platform best practices.
• Define and maintain architecture diagrams, data models, integration patterns, and security models.
• Analyze existing solution design and identify opportunities for optimization, better alignment to best practices, and improved functionality for business users.
