We're hiring a hands-on Python Developer / Backend Engineer who enjoys solving real-time production challenges, automating tasks, and ensuring high platform reliability.

This opportunity is ideal for developers who want to combine coding, automation, and system reliability — as part of a dynamic Platform Support Engineering (PSE) team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve runtime issues in production and staging environments.
• Debug backend logic, API flows, and SQL queries to identify and fix root causes.
• Develop Python automation scripts and tools to reduce manual / repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate closely with developers and SRE teams to deploy fixes and enhancements.
• Proactively monitor systems and build anomaly detectors for early issue detection.
• Maintain records of incidents, resolutions, and improvement actions.
• Continuously improve platform stability, reliability, and automation coverage.
