We’re Hiring : Digital Video Lead – English | Lead Digital Storytelling for a Leading News Channel!

Are you a video visionary with a passion for news and digital innovation? Join us as Digital Video Lead – English and shape how millions consume news daily across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X / Twitter, OTT, and more.

What You’ll Do

Lead the English digital video team, setting high editorial and creative standards for news content.
Create compelling digital-first videos — explainers, interviews, bulletins, and special shows.
Own the full video lifecycle : ideation to publishing and performance analysis.
Grow our English YouTube channel and digital presence with data-driven strategies.
Stay ahead of digital trends, experimenting with new formats and platforms.
Collaborate with editorial, social, and visual teams to maintain a consistent news brand.
Mentor a talented team of producers, anchors, and editors.

Who We’re Looking For

12–15 years in digital journalism with a strong background in news channels or media houses .

Master’s in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field.

Proven success growing digital video audiences on YouTube within the news space.

Excellent English language skills and storytelling for news audiences.

Deep understanding of production tools, editorial workflows, and platform algorithms in news media.

Experience leading creative teams in fast-paced news environments.
